The Conference is approaching its 42nd year and is run by a committee of Law undergraduates from various Colleges at the University of Cambridge. Being chosen to join the Committee in our first year, we remain part of the Conference until our third year, each year taking on more responsibility before eventually becoming President, Vice-President or Treasurer.

Whilst we are supported logistically by the Faculty of Law and our partner Colleges, all events are organised and run exclusively by us - the Conference takes around nine months to a year to plan!

Daniel Thorpe | President Hi - I'm a third year at Downing College, and am originally from Manchester. As President, I oversee the running of the Conference and am ultimately responsible for this year's event. I attended the Conference in 2013 as a 17-year-old and it was absolutely instrumental in my choice to study Law, and in my choice to study at the University of Cambridge. As President, I'm confident we can deliver the same experience to many sixth formers in 2017: in my opinion, the Conference is unrivalled in the insight it offers to you as prospective undergraduates - please do apply if you haven't already!

Lena McCrae | Vice-President Hi there, I'm a third year studying at Murray Edwards College. As this year's Vice-President, I'm in charge of the different events that we put on throughout the week, aside from the lectures and workshops. We have a range of socials across the week, giving delegates a great chance to meet other students - if and when you make it to Cambridge, it is surprising how many people you'll recognise from your Conference week! I'm also in charge of maintaining relationships with our alumni. We have ex-committee members and ex-delegates stretching back for over 40 years - it's great to see how people have progressed and hopefully the 2017 Conference can be the start of your own journey!

Ryan Law | Treasurer I'm a third year Law student at Jesus College. As Treasurer, I'm in charge of managing the Conference's finances and accounts. Attending the Conference in 2013 convinced me that I wanted to Student Law at Cambridge and thus I was incredibly keen to get involved with the event when I arrived in first year. I've had some great experiences and met some amazing people in previous years and am looking forward to meeting you all and making this year's week a similar success!

Steph Sinclair | Accommodation Officer Hey -  I'm a second year law student at Fitzwilliam College. As Accommodation officer, I've been working closely with many Cambridge Colleges to secure some amazing accommodation for our delegates in March. It's important that we give students an accurate taste of student life, and so all of our rooms are actually used by undergraduates during term. In my free time I compete for the University Athletics Club and captain my college netball team.

Amber Goodwin | Lectures Officer Hi, I'm a first year at Fitzwilliam College. As Lectures Officer, it's my responsibility to plan a stimulating series of talks for this year's delegates. We are lucky in that the Law Faculty are incredibly supportive of the Conference and so, each year, many of Cambridge's world-leading academics are willing to give up their spare time to talk to our delegates. Each of our speakers lectures on the undergraduate Law course, and so delegates can expect a realistic experience of what it's like to study here! In my spare time, I train with the Cambridge Cougars cheerleaders.

Ben King | Logistics Officer Hey - I'm a first year at Christ's College. As logistics Officer, my main responsibility before the Conference is organising delegates' Conference merchandise - a.k.a. stash. Each year, we sell high-quality sweatshirts to our students and they act as a great memento of your week: I still have mine from two years ago! In my spare time you'll find me in the gym or training with the University tennis team.
